The Ivy Station development team revealed details for The Shay, a new six-story, 148-room boutique hotel that is a pivotal component of Ivy Station, the 500,000 square foot mixed-use development currently under construction in Culver City, Calif., adjacent to the Los Angeles Metro Expo Line station.
