After more than four years of construction, developers Lowe, Rockwood capital & AECOM-Canyon Partners have completed the final component of the $350-million Ivy Station complex in Culver City. Earlier this month, Lowe marked the opening of The Shay, a 148-room boutique hotel that is operated by Hyatt through its Destination Hotel brand.

Three mid-rise buildings will feature 200 apartments, a 148-room hotel, and 240,000 square feet of office space - which has been entirely leased by HBO. There is also 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the ground-floor and two acres of outdoor gathering space.
